The Eagle Tracks products are guaranteed 12 months or 1500 hours (whichever comes first) except of rubber tracks which are sold as sigle unit, these are not guaranteed.
The guarantee start is the date of delivery of the ordered goods. In case of a defect identified by the customer, and authenticated by our technical department, Eagle Tracks undertakes to replace the defect product at its own expense.
1. Inform the Eagle Tracks company of the observed defect and provide the relevant invoice.

2. Take clear pictures. For every faulty product, take the picture of its serial number+ a picture of the brand logo + a picture of the general state of the track + some pictures of the defect. Send these pictures with the description of the defect and the invoice by email to contact@eagle-tracks.com.
3. The file is submitted directly to our technical department for validation and exchange approval. The technical department grant the right to take a decision within 15 days. Note that in case of disagreement, the technical department grant the right to go the customer’s site to proceed to tests and intensified verification of the defect origin. If it results that the request of using the warranty is not justified, the travel costs will be invoiced to the customer.
4. Expedition. After approval of the agreement, the Eagle Tracks company will send a new product at its own expense within 24 hours.
